Those were my thoughts, too, until I went to the Mothering magazine message
boards.  The mom in question posted on a thread about this.  She says that
the footage of her breastfeeding was shot for a European tv segment.  She
had no idea that they were going to show it on Good Morning America, when
she agreed to be on.
