I work in Family Practice besides doing lactation as my passion, and I check
lots of sinuses and noses every day.

My basic response to your vaginal dryness/nose dryness possible relationship
is that it is unlikely.

The vaginal dryness is probably a prolactin-oxytocin hormone thing. Has she
resumed menstruating yet?

The nose dryness is probably due to seasonal allergies, sinusitis. Is she
experiencing itchy or watery eyes?, Itchy nose?, Sneezing?, Facial
headaches?, Persistent congestion? Does she live in a dry climate? If so has
she tried a humidifier in her home?

Kim PA-C, CLE (hoping I haven't missed the boat because I'm so far behind in
reading messages--the computer room isn't air conditioned)
