I was going over several pregnancy/childbirth books for the early pregnancy
class I had to start teaching. In an old book, by Tracy Hotchner, she
recommended Apple Cider Vinegar for pregnancy edema (1 tablespoon in a cup of
water 3 times per day). Over the last few months, I have been asking moms
with post partum edema to try it. I figured it couldn't hurt anything and
might even have a psychological effect as well.
Moms have all been calling me back reporting that it works almost immediately.
Could one of our natural remedy specialists please comment? Does this really
work or is it wishful thinking?
