Dear Patricia,
       I think that Signature is doing a great job for ILCA and IBCLE and
that we are on the right track.  But all of their efforts on our behalf will
be in vain if we ourselves continue to devalue our services.  Yes, ILCA needs
to work toward "getting the existance and importance of the profession in the
public eye."  And each member needs to take measures to aspire to excellence
in practice, and receive appropriate compensation unapologetically for a job
well done.  We've come a long way...
