Check the archives.  This has been discussed several times.

I have worked with some employed moms who love it.  Others have found it
hard to get it to work right.  One care-provider refused to use it
because it seemed "wierd" to her.  Not sure where it is available, so I
just refer moms to the company's website. (breastbottle.com or
adiri.com).

In the perfect world, no type of bottle is ever needed, but when one
will be used, this may be less problematic than others.  It does need a
little work to iron out some of teh bugs, but I plan to keep my eye on
it.
