My first impulse is to think "Why can't this lady be fired?"
Ultimately, it would probably be more productive to sit down with her
and ask about her own experiences with infant feeding.  Sometimes people
who undermine are those who feel guilty or regretful about their own
decisions.  Just giving her some empathetic support for how "no one
breastfed when she had her kids" or "there was no help back then" might
help her to deal with her own baggage and move on to where she can be
supportive of others making different choices.
