FTT is much more complicated than can be diagnosed with a drop in curve on a
chart as the defining concern.  I understand you find the charts helpful in
showing parents.....but I submit that these are US culturally influenced
parents who are taught to look at the chart and given the bigger is better
mentality.  FTT should be able to be observed without the use of a chart.  I
would still love to hear from people around the world on whether their Peds
use charts as "gospel" like I see too often here.
