Fascinated by all the discussion of diagnosing and have not read it
all...Lucille Kinlein, the first nurse to hang out her own shingle, many,
many years ago discussed this in her book.  I do not know how much has been
said about nursing diagnoses:alteration in skin integrity/sore nipples or
alteration in adequate intake...this is worth some thought, anyone using this
type of wording in their lactation practice?
