I am in the process of relocating to South Dakota. I am from here originally and am just returning from Alaska so I am familiar with the physicians and services back here. The PPLC market around here is nil and I am seriously thinking about getting a practice started. I realize it may take awhile, but am willing to do it. I can't stop thinking about how it would work.  I have bought the most recent books and pamphlets from ILCA and read them, but am curious about what some of you other PPLCs charge and how you list them for your clients. Does anyone have a superbill or list of their charges and services they would be willing to share with me? I am willing to pay if needed. I am trying to become a provider with local insurance companies, but am just starting that project.

Any input would be appreciated.
