Cathy,

I'm late in getting into this discussion, so apologize, but have been
wondering, based on process of apoptosis, what happens to prolactin receptor
cells? Are prolactin receptor sites merely a theory for increased supply and
early "milk surge" (lactogenesis ll)? If I remember correctly in Auerbach
and Riordan's text once these receptors are established they remain and in
light of apoptosis, I wonder how and where they remain.

Thoughts anyone? Thanks and hope this posting on a weekend doesn't miss
alot of you (have been too busy to post prior to this).
