Exactly.  Why is that ALWAYS the doctor's first reaction?  Your baby is
small, stop nursing; your baby is big, stop nursing; your baby has a
hangnail, stop nursing.

If the baby is only nursing 5-6x per day, why would hyperinsulinemia
from oversupply be an issue here?
I would be concerned about treating the oversupply if the cause of the
gulping is polydipsia and not the tongue tie.
