I received an invitation to attend a nationwide video teleconferece on the
New Pediatric Growth Charts - Dr. William H. Dietz of the Division of
Nutrition and Physical Activity of the Center for Disease Control and
Prevention in Atlanta, GA.

There is also a presentation in Stanford in a few weeks with a different
speaker.

Any idea where these new growth charts come from?  As I am participating in
the WHO study, I know those charts have a long way to go, so who developed
these?
