To Dr. Hale and Dr. Newman,
I have a mom of a four week old baby who started breastfeeding but had to
stop for treatments with methotrexate.  She has up to four weekly treatments
left, depending on her liver function.  She wants to know if she can go back
to breastfeeding after the treatments are over and if so, how long would she
need to wait. Her physician has not been able to give her any answers.
