I think I was unclear in my last post on this subject.  Basically, the
formula companies tell us we have to give out the bags, and that's that.
They are the bosses.  They give our hospitals (my corporation) $5
Million/year in "free" formula so they get to call the shots.  Somehow it's
different if the physician  prohibits his patients from receiving them.
He's not indebted to the formula manufacturers.

This bothers me, but on the other hand, insurance companies also direct
what care patients receive in the interests of a better profit margin.
