Carla,
You didn't mention (or I missed it) who the seminar is for. The
approach would be different for moms and for professionals.
For moms, don't try to get in a lot of information. I think we all
tend to want to pour out as much info as we can and over time we
learn which things can wait until after baby comes or not discuss at
all unless there is a specific concern of an individual mom. If
they go away with the following, you have been successful.
    1. Breastfeeding is the normal way to feed babies
    2. Like any new skill, it takes some practice to become totally
at ease with it. (In my opinion that's why there's not a lot of
milk at first-it's baby's chance to learn on "low flow" before the
full volume "kicks in".)
    3. Basics on how to achieve an effective latch
    4. For any "hitches" in getting breastfeeding established, there
is help.

For professionals:
    1. Breastfeeding is the normal way to feed babies.
    2. Attitude of the professionals a mom has contact with is an
important factor in breastfeeding "success"
    3. Basisc on how to achieve an effective latch
    4. Where to get help with any "hitches" in getting breastfeeding
established.

Gee, they are pretty much the same lists, aren't they.

I'm sure you'll get lost of lists/suggestions. Good luck.

Winnie
P.S. Practice what you ahve to say with a clock and then remove 5
minutes worth. Then if you find you have time left over (not very
likely!) you can add that back in.
