May I also recommend to everyone a favourite book of mine, Sandra Lang's book
Breastfeeding Special Care Babies, published by Bailliere Tindall, ISBN
0-7020-2020-6.  This is a cracker of a book, a gem not to be left out of one's
library, whether or not you work with special care babies.  Sandra is a
registered Midwife here in UK, she is Senior Lecturer at the Department of
Midwifery Studies, University of Central Lancashire.  She is also an
inspirational speaker.  I note that you can order the book from MIDIRS website
