For anyone who has difficulty loading pdf files because Adobe Reader is 
slow, there is a little freeware program named "Adobe Reader Speedup" 
that can be downloaded at http://www.tnk-bootblock.co.uk .  The author 
accepts donations (please do send him one to enable to Keep writing 
great little programs like this one).  I used to HATE pdf files before I 
installed this program.
