Emily has asked about DHA-free formula. First and foremost, the side effects suffered by this baby?should be reported to the FDA's MedWatch program. Abbott Nutrition (formerly Ross Products) makes formula without DHA which can be ordered from their website at http://abbottnutrition.com/products/products.aspx?pid=253. Nestle also has Good Start without DHA. Sometimes these can be found in grocery stores and may still be available from the websites. Baby's Only Organic from Nature's One, http://www.naturesone.com/index.php,?is a toddler formula without DHA but may be an option if the mother takes a comparison chart to her physician to see if this formula will meet the needs of her baby.
