Urgent - does anyone have any supporting references for the use of breastmilk in an adult with this condition?  Even use in adult GI cases would be helpful.
Patient has been in hospital since early September without a firm diagnosis and is in a very poor condition.  His niece is lactating for a 4 month old and has a robust supply.  What hygiene/handling implications would there be?
