Universal precautions require gloves be worn when in contact with blood or
body fluids.  Therefore, it would be appropriate for the day care worker to
wear gloves when handling breastmilk.  It is also appropriate to wear
gloves when changing a baby's diapers.  If a daycare worker is going to
refuse breastfed babies because of perceived HIV risk, then he/she may as
well refuse care of all babies since they all urinate and stool.
