Debbie, I leaked like a sieve for the first 6 months I nursed my firstborn.
 Every day I had a milkbath.  I just did double nursing pads and then shoved
a cloth diaper under my shirt at night.  For kids 2 and 3 I only leaked like
crazy form one side when I nursed ont he other. Sometimes I put a bottle
under the other side to catch the milk for freezing for later use.   Putting
pressure on my chest only got my shirt wet, it never slowed the flow.  I just
put a cloth diaper under my shirt on one side as I nursed on the other or
wore nursing pads. But I never worried if  I could produce enough milk!
