Does anyone have the reference for a two-year study, said to
          have been done in Japan, concerning extended exclusive
          breast-feeding, where 100 mothers were followed from the
          birth of their babies until 2 years of age, and results
          reportedly showed no iron deficiency anaemia or vitamin D
          deficiency? Thanks.
