Hi everyone,

First a big hug and thankyou for Linda Rusells' kind words.

I saw the doc today who confirmed my diagnosis. It was interesting to hear
his response to my still breastfeeding. He said his wife breastfed their kids
"forever" and he wouldn't dream of undermining my mothering. He in no way
encoraged me to discontinue BF, that was refreshing. He said when I was all
done I could come back and we'd try prozac.........hmm...what do you all
think of that? I'm not so sure. He said he knew breastfeeding was good for
the baby, but wasn't so sure about it for the moms long term health, mine
being case in point. I didn't argue........wasn't feeling up to it today.

So after that appt. I went and had a lovely acupuncture appt. and was feeling
pretty good and was on my way to pick up my daughter, with my precious sons
in the car with me, when a poor distracted woman plowed (sp?) into the back
of my beautiful new Volvo. I hit my head on the driver side window because I
was looking left. OUCH!! Great way to end my day.....my car is pretty messed
up. My poor little 3 yr old cried his eyes out, he was so scared ( learned
the value of a car seat though! ).

Anyway, thanks for all the kind reponses I got on the fibromyalgia. I plan to
treat with healthy diet, moderate exercise and acupuncture.

Blessings to all!
