I did get the policy at the site you listed.  Maybe if you used it from a
bookmark the computer wouldn't let it go through for some reason.  Or just
some 'time out' or something.  I copied and pasted after going through the
CDC site to make sure it worked.

I used to have lots of other ways to get to it but my bookmarks were all
deleted and I have just started trying to replace all of the breastfeeding
related sites that I have collected over the past 5 years.  I AM SO
FRUSTRATED.  It will be so time comsuming to go through all of the different
sites searching for links to other sites.  But, I am sure I will also find
many new ones.
