Lactnetters,
     I am Betsy Wells-Gephart RN, IBCLC.  I have been out of the sharing
mode on Lactnet for some months.  I am working as an IBCLC at a small,
growing hospital in Chandler AZ.  We are working s-l-o-w-l-y and in baby
steps to effect some change here for the better-ment of Breastfeeding.
Tough work, some days are harder than others...
    I love this Lactnet, though, when ever I jump on and read some, I'm
always learning and gleaning new experience from you all.  Thank you.
    I am writing to find out if anyone knows of teaching videos about
syringe feeding and cup feeding.  The nurses here, some more than others are
very nervous about alternative feeds.  I hear from mothers that so and so
"wouldn't syringe feed my baby.  The baby might aspirate..."
    I thought, with the help of my task force, that it might help if I show
videos to the staff.  I think I heard or saw of such at a LLL conference,
Chele Marmot or others...Anyone know of any.  I haven't been able to locate
any through any of the websites I thought might be existant.
