17 infant formulas were tested and  two had levels  6x higher than federal limits in place for drinking water. 
They say the arsenic comes from organic brown rice syrup found in formula.

Of course, the brands were not listed in the study.  So they are urging parents not to feed their babies formula that contains brown rice syrup.
