I'll admit that I'm prejudiced (being a LLLL), but, have you checked
out a local LLL group?  There are some really great resources
available to Leaders to help lead meetings and generate discussion.
I bet that if you asked one of the Leaders would be willing to  share
with you some of the compilations of meeting ideas.

Anyway, for any of you that haven't visited a LLL meeting it is
definitely worthwhile to see how they work up close and personal.
We've welcomed visitors that were preparing to sit the IBCLE and I
think they got alot out of them.
