Demerol/Valium
I see no reason why mother should have to pump and dump at all.  After
one preop dose IV, after the surgery, and after the mother is up to
breastfeeding, I advise that by that time it is OK for the mother to
breastfeed.

Colloidal Minerals
See no problem whether the minerals are in colloidal form or any other
form that as long as the mother takes the normal recommended dose for
the minerals that is OK to breastfeed.  I know of no specific
information published on "colloidal" vitamins.
