Personally, I have used l. reuterii and found it to be helpful, and I decided to do so mainly based on Savino et al., Pediatrics, Vol. 119 No. 1 January 1, 2007. It says on the copy of the study I have that 'The authors have indicated they have no financial relationships relevant to this article to disclose.'?
