But it is *illegal* to make such claims, under EU law.

I don't know what sanctions there are in Holland; in the UK there are
Trading Standards Officers who can prosecute illegal claims.  Our TSOs are
often ineffective - they prefer to 'persuade' rather than prosecute, and
milk manufacturers have many times got away with actions and advertisements
which are illegal....by the time the TSOs get round to 'persuading' them,
the illegality has been up and down the country three times and back again.
