I'm glad this has come up again.  About a year ago, there were several stolen
Lactinas on ebay (their stolen status verified by Medela).  I wrote several
long letters to the ebay management about breastpumps, new and used.  I got a
reply that they considered pumps to be medical equipment, and used medical
equipment was NOT accepted for resale on ebay.  They immediately ended the
lactina sales, BUT nothing was done about all the hundreds of other pumps
available.  UGH.  Several further letters brought nothing but frustration on
my part!  Perhaps hundreds of letters to them now will make a difference!!!
