Premixed - ready to feed and concentrate are sterile.  It is the powder 
product that isn't sterile.  Trace amounts of melamine in US formula hasn't 
anything to do with wet or dry, it has to do with manufacturing process.  Be 
sure and read the release I sent in today from AP wire.  I imagine most of 
our  prepared foods have traces of melamine.  Probably traces of other stuff 
as well :-(  Ugh makes me want to grow my own!   Pat in SNJ
