This thing really exists. I have one, obtained through a rather odd set of
circumstances. It is like a large bib, with a velcro strap to hold it
around one's neck. It is terry cloth on the front, and fleece on the inner
side. Between the layers are bilateral pockets to hold bilateral BOTTLES
with RUBBER nipples. The bottle nipples point to about the area of the chest
where a breast nipple would be.

This enables the feeder to hold bottles without using their hands, not to
experience breastfeeding. Dads would be better off doing some skin to skin
cuddling with their babies than in placing this thick layer of nonsense
between them.
