Friends,
What are the resources for growth charts for premies?  Are there any that
differentiate by feeding method? For what exists, what is your opinion of
their usefulness for breastfed premies (ie getting breastmilk, breastmilk and
fortifiers by og with 1-4 b/f per day while in the hospital)?  These could be
previous 24 weekers or 33 weekers in for a shorter stay?
