I'm certainly not a lawyer, so would be interested in hearing back
from anyone on the list that also wears that hat.  The question
about using products for other than original intent has been raised
at our affiliate meetings and I've had it mentioned to me personally
by managers at a previous place of employment.  If it is a
legitimate concern, then it would follow that the "homemade"
supplementing devices (tube in a bottle) may have the same risk..
On the other hand, perhaps if there is enough validation in the
literature for such "alternate uses", that might cover it.  I
suspect this is an issue primarily in the US with our "suit-happy"
society.
Again, anyone with more legal expertise want to comment?
