The Evert-It Nipple Enhancer is a non-invansive device used in assisting
the correction of inverted or flattened nipples of the postpartum
lactating mother, by everting the nipple. It is a non-invasive device
consisting of a soft, flexible dual tip attached to a syringe-like
handle.Enhancement of the nipple during use allows an infant to latch on
and suckle efectively when feeding is desired.

The Evert-It Nipple Enhancer is used single or two-handed, with or
without assistance, by centering either end of the soft tip over the
nipple and areola and withdrawing the plunger to create a vacuum. The
farther the plunger is withdrawn from the barrel, the more intense the
suction. the suction causes the flat or inverted nipple to be drawn
outward, becoming more defined and erect. Once the nipple is
sufficiently defined, suction is stopped, the device removed and the
infant put immediately to breast to initiate suckling.

The Evert-It Nipple Enhancer may also be used to evert nipples during
periods of breast engorgement. When applied as above, milk will be
removed from the breast, enabling the infant to latch on and suckle.

Cost of the Evert-It is very low compared to what is on the market.
