Reply to sender:
Because mail programs vary so, please make sure you check out how your
replys work, check the header of the message you are responding to for
the
addresses; do you want to respond to the sender? the cc? is it a list
address? an individual?

Reply including original post:
When you want to include the original message, please edit it
accordingly,
especially taking out other mailing headers and internet routing
addresses.  All the extra lines make it lengthly to wade through, cost
others resources, and sometimes full headers in the text confuse
internet
routers and the message gets bounced.

Changing subject:
This is so important, when the thread of the discussion changes, make
sure
your subject line is accurate. It saves us all time.
