So glad to be back, my internet provider (NOT!) just fixed their cable
modem, after 8 days of no service.  If anyone has addressed me through
lactnet, it will take me some time to wade through all of the posts.  If

The mom expecting triplets via her close friend acting as her surrogate
now is the proud mother of one girl and two boys delivered by emergency
C/S at 24 wks, 4 days.  So far, so good.  I was wondering, (hoping) if
there is a way for her to legally use the Canadian galactogogue,
Motilium here in the states.  She is currently pumping every 2 and
taking Reglan, fenugreek and blessed thistle.  She and her husband are
very commited to her being able to nurse these babies, to whatever
extent that she can.  I'm concerned that she might well need medicinal
support throughout the duration.  She has a history of significant
hormonal abnormalities as well as an immature uterus.
