I got the kids to move the computer downstairs and with the help of a long
extension I can plug in the modem and viola -- I'm back in business.
The surgery went much better than expected. I had very little blood loss
(thank God). No cast (YES) but I am on bedrest for the next 3 weeks which
beats the heck out of the body cast for 4 months. I'm a bit battered and
bruised but seem to be recovering as well as can be expected.
I want to thank all of you who sent their prayers and good wishes. You are
the best group of people in the world. I feel privileged to be able to call
you friends!!
