We do allow moms to breastfeed. I don't remember specifically what doses moms
were on (we don't have too many). The final call is up to the pediatrician &
the mom, but we use AAP recommendations & Hale's Meds & Moms Milk as
reference. No consents used. Treated like any other medication that mom is on.
