Now that I am an official IBCLC my supervisor,(boss) wants to charge
for our services.  We do not have any idea on how to start, or what the
customary fee would be.  I do have a copy of the Lactation superbills,
but we don't know what kind of ball park figure to begin with.  I hope
this is an ok question for the lactnet.  I work in a small rural area,
with a lot of medicaid patients, but also we have a growing number of
clients who are able to pay.  Please send any info you have to Jane in
