As a breastfeeding mother, my milk has always stained almost any fabric it touches. I do believe that it is the fat as I have found that a good hand dish washing detergent will remove the spot. I don't take any vitamins regularly. 

I've heard many mothers complain similarly, so I've never really believed that breastmilk doesn't stain.
