I have seen clear breastmilk only once - in a mom who had been prescribed
bromocriptine to reduce over-supply.  She complained that her milk looked
"just like water".  I asked her to express some, to show me - and sure
enough, it did!

Is it possible this mother took "drying-up pills" with the first two babies
because she didn't plan to breastfeed them?
