Perhaps they are trying to point out that only one type of milk is made and that there is not a clear line of demarcation between fore and hindmilk.  We use the terms to describe the shift in fat over time and in relation to fullness of the breast.  I think fore and hindmilk can be very misleading terms because they sound so absolute, when in truth there is only one type of milk with a gradual change in fat contact.

If I had a dime for every Mom who lamented, "I only make foremilk . . . .".
