Have read about nipple reduction and reforming, not sure about
recanalization, ....will dig out my "Nipple Variations" presentation bib and
send any relevant asap.

Just wondering what would hold ducts/pores open till healing, ....something
that one could pump with would need to be sewn in?

Ouch...
