I can't see why it's thought to be an issue. Are they concerned about 
possible infection of the frenulotomy site? The bacteria causing 
mastitis would mostly be the ordinary ones found on the nipple anyway. 
Or is it a query about latching? Sorry if I'm being dense... I honestly 
don't see why this is thought to be a potential problem.
