I have to share a happy story myself - what with the nightmare I went
through Monday that has dragged on till today.

My partner went to Oregon to visit family for a few days. A cousin had a 5
month old and was struggling with milk supply issues. My partner asked if
she had seen her local LC and wanted to know why not when the answer was no.
Then she talked about herbs and galactogues and, Oh your baby is still using
a nipple shield at 5 months? How good is the latch? Is she getting past
the cone part?? You're not sure? Oh, well, now this is beyond me, so you'd
better call Jaye ASAP.

My partner (44) has never wanted babies, never ever thought a thing about
breastfeeding before meeting me and now hands out my cards, talks to moms,
oogles over babies, tells pregnant moms that breastmilk is the best, talks
about NOT buying Nestle - in the middle of the grocery store with my
kids.the list goes on. I love it!

Before meeting me - Nestle was everywhere in her home, she thought formula
was as good as breastmilk and thought a baby on the breast was gross. I
converted her.do I get a toaster oven now??? LOL!

Ain't it great? We make a difference in the worlds of more than the moms
and babies we help.
