I agree with that and have thought long & hard about this, as well as
observed my clients.  The advantages that I do see are that a finger tastes
and smells more like a human nipple and also that the person who does the
finger feeding can also manipulate the tongue to encourage proper positioning
and function.

So, I'll take it over a bottle any day.
