just another thought -- i would watch all beef products also -- since it is
also cow protein -- it could not hurt -- but remember it takes a while for
proteins that Mom eats to be clear from the milk -- one of my Mom' s took 22 days
for the baby to really be acting "normal" with no bloody mucus in the stool
-- but i can not tell you if she was "really" compliant the 1st 7-10 days of
elimination -- dad called it voodoo medicine

-- Turned out that Mom in the end felt much better and her food cravings
(favorites) now make her feel bad.

-- On a self note -- I went on an allergy elimination diet (after full rast
testing) between my 2 daughters and ended up only eating organic New York strip
steak, Michigan white potatoes and organic green beans for 6 weeks 3 meals
per day.

well after about 2 weeks my skin/loose stools/gassiness all cleared up and i
felt great for the 1st time in many years -- turns out any food my mother fed
me before the age of 6 months i reacted to -- sometimes very severely -- now i
rotate what foods i eat and am very careful to stay away from additives of
any sort -- eat "true" organic when i can get it. turns out that i split my
food allergies between my daughters -- so both can eat fairly normal diets as
long as they do not go over board on the foods that they are sensitive to. (e.g.
one is sensitive to chocolate and one peanut butter) too bad they both love
reeses peanut butter cups.
