Thank you to everyone who replied to my query, both on and off-list. I am 
very grateful for your advice and I know my friend will be also. She is not the 
type to sit on a potential problem or pretend things are okay if they are not. 
When I speak to her, I plan to encourage her to follow her "mommadar" (radar 
moms have about their baby). I have offered already to bring her a meal and 
some TLC tomorrow, so I hope I'll be able to see her and baby during at least 
2 feeds while I am there.  With luck, her incision has healed enough for her to 
try some different positions.
